All apartments at Churchill Living are completely self-contained with their own front door, providing you with privacy and peace and quiet when you want it.
Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come fully fitted with a waist-height oven, hob, hood and fridge/freezer. Both apartments also have integral washer/dryers fitted in all apartments as standard.
Our standards
The apartments has a walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom, bedroom two is fitted with a mirror fronted wardrobe, as well as TV and telephone points, with even the smallest details considered.
The apartments come with a bathroom and separate shower room – all designed for ease of use and with the needs of our customers in mind.
The apartments are stringently inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our customers.

There are many misconceptions about service charges and many of our Owners are pleasantly surprised that the service charges for their apartment frequently work out less than what they were paying in comparable costs on their previous property.
Our Service Charge typically covers the cost of providing a Lodge Manager, security systems and call monitoring, external maintenance of the building and grounds, building insurance, heating, lighting and provision of all of the furnishings for the Owners’ Lounge and communal areas – all essential ingredients of the independent lifestyle our developments provide.
We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.
