Lymington Appeal
Site: Former Police Station, Southampton Road, Lymington, SO41 9GH
A proposal for one and two bedroom retirement apartments.
Following discussions between the parties and in the interest to reduce issues between the Appellant and the Council, the Appellant has provided a revised plan to address concerns regarding on site turning.
The revised design change consists of the repositioning of the proposed electricity substation to allow for the provision of a turning head within the site to allow on site turning for ambulances and delivery vans.
The revised plan is as follows:
