I joined Churchill Living in 2017 as a Customer Services Administrator; it was my first role within the Construction Industry. It didn’t take long at all to feel settled within my team and the company, as everyone is so friendly. A year ago, looking for a new challenge within the group I migrated to Churchill Estates Management into my current role as Assistant Project Manager within the Property Services Department. Churchill are extremely supportive about progression within the group, and I’ve always felt appreciated within each role I’ve held!
Having just celebrated 5 years with Churchill Living, I have the pleasure of working with colleagues across the business in a positive and friendly environment, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged and common goals shared to ensure we meet our exacting standards of quality and service. Supported by strong leadership and management teams, our company TORCH Values are central to our daily working practices. I feel valued and appreciated for my efforts and I am proud and thankful to be a part of this highly respected and ethical organanisation.
I started my career as a Graduate Land Buyer in 2017 and I am now a Senior Land Manager for the South West team. Working in Land involves a great level of responsibility, but with this comes opportunity. I am fortunate to be part of a team which is led with such experience and clear direction which has enabled me to make the most of the opportunities presented.
I have been with Churchill Living in one capacity or another for nearly 14 years and was delighted to be recently promoted to Sales and Marketing Director for the Central Division. I am very passionate about the Company, it’s concept and the Lifestyle we offer to our Owners, which I have met many of over the years and who are thrilled with their move. I hear often, that their only regret is they should have done it sooner!
I have worked for Churchill for over 20 years and I was the second person the company employed. Over the years I have managed many developments and won numerous awards, which I’m very proud of. I joined as a Labourer helping to build the properties, progressed to Plant and Material Manager and my current position is Senior Site Manager. It’s a great place to work and everyone is a team player right from the very top.
After 10 years at Churchill I was delighted to be promoted to Senior Marketing Executive recently. I joined as a Customer Relations Consultant having completed a degree in Marketing and this was my very first job. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into more new and exciting projects this year and taking on more responsibility to further my career at Churchill. The people, Colleague benefits and the variety of projects is what makes Churchill a great place to work. No day is ever the same!
I’ve enjoyed building a career in a privately owned company that has enabled me to develop and thrive as a Land and Development Director.
