All of our retirement cottages are completely self-contained with their own private garden and allocated parking space. Access to the social events within the Lodge’s Owners Lounge are available with a Lodge Club membership.
Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come with integrated appliances.
All cottages are inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they meet the high standard of finish and quality expected by our customers. Churchill Living is the only major housebuilder to offer a 3 year warranty period as standard. Churchill is also a member of the National House-Building Council and every Churchill cottage is also covered by a 10 year NHBC Buildmark warranty.

Who is responsible for the management of the development?
All developments are managed by Churchill Estates Management Limited, our own property management company, ensuring your peace of mind in the expertise of our team operating under the Churchill Group.
What’s included in my service charge?
Our Service Charge typically covers the maintenance of the front gardens, along with the private road and associated drainage. It also includes window cleaning, the Lodge Manager and the 24 hour Careline support system.
We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.
