Churchill Living achieves a decade of ‘5 Star’ Customer Satisfaction

We are delighted to have received the maximum 5 Star rating for a tenth consecutive year in an independent customer satisfaction survey by industry body the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

The national survey asked new apartment owners how satisfied they were with the quality of their new property and whether they would recommend their housebuilder to a friend. Well over 90% of customers said they would recommend Churchill, meaning the company once again achieved a 5 Star rating.

This awards tops off a big year for Churchill, as the company celebrated its 30th year in business in 2024 and opened its 200th development in September. Last summer the company also unveiled a fresh identity – Churchill Living – dropping the word ‘Retirement’ from the name to demonstrate that its offering is all about ‘Living’, with a continued focus on providing specialist housing that offers choice, independence and peace of mind for the over 60s.
