We have given a warm welcome to our first new Owners at Manns Lodge in Cranleigh, where a thriving community is already taking shape. The first wave of over 60s are now enjoying safety and security as well as freedom and independence since moving into the collection of new apartments, which are located just a stone’s throw from the attractive high street.
Sheila Burch was the very first to move in, and has this to say about life in her new apartment: “The location couldn’t be better, we’re right next to the High Street and everything we need is on our doorstep. I was the very first to move in here, for a couple of weeks it was just me but now it’s great to have some other new faces who I’ve enjoyed getting to know.”
Jean Jordan was another of the first to move in, commenting: “I had previously lived in a house near to Cranleigh for many years. When I saw Mann’s Lodge was being built I felt it was the right time to downsize and live in this perfect location right in the heart of Cranleigh. It’s nice not having to do the gardening any more!”
Local girl Tessa Nash is also finding the benefits of being in the heart of the village. She says: “I’m looking forward to seeing more people move in over the coming months, including a few of my friends who I have recommended to follow in my footsteps. I feel lucky that Churchill built here in Cranleigh as my new apartment is just right for me. Hopefully I won’t ever have to move again!”
Manns Lodge is a collection of 38 one and two bedroom apartments with integrated kitchens, beautiful landscaped gardens, and Lodge Manager Keith to provide a friendly face throughout the week. Owners also benefit from a 24-hour call centre support system, a Guest Suite for family and friends to visit and a large Owners’ Lounge with a coffee bar.
