You have to complete a form which is over 30 pages long, it’s quite daunting and puts a lot of people off, but we’re very used to going through complicated forms as part of the sales process so our experience comes in very useful. We take the time to sit down with Customers and go through it together one question at a time, and it makes things much easier for them.”
She adds:
“People are often surprised at how much additional income they are entitled to. It can make a real difference for them, and they’ll often use it to pay the service charge on their new apartment, so it’s a win-win!”
