Sisters Rosa and Christine have recently become neighbours since buying their brand new apartments at Churchill Living’s new Hadley Lodge in the heart of Quinton.
“As the house my sister Rosa had lived in for over 40 years became unsuitable for her needs, she reluctantly decided to downsize,” says Christine. “But she couldn’t find anything she liked, as she didn’t really want to leave.”
She continues: “When my husband Jeff and I saw that Hadley Lodge was being built, we made an appointment to view on Rosa’s behalf. Jeff and I were so impressed with Hadley Lodge that we decided it would suit us and we had a stress free move with Churchill’s Home Exchange scheme.
I felt it would also be an ideal location for Rosa, near to family members, giving them peace of mind with the security, social activities, and the local facilities such as a doctor’s surgery, community centre and local bus routes all close by.
Now Rosa has moved into her beautiful one bedroom apartment which is situated by the Owners Lounge and main entrance of the Lodge. Christine adds: “Rosa, Jeff and myself have all enjoyed the social activities taking place, making new friends and sharing histories. Rosa’s visiting friends recently commented: ‘This is the best thing you have done,’ to which she replied: ‘Yes, I know!’”
