Retirement Cottages in Faversham

We are currently awaiting planning for an exclusive collection of three two-bedroom cottages in the sought-after town of Faversham.

Each thoughtfully designed home will offer a spacious living room, separate dining room, a downstairs shower room, and upstairs โ€“ two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a study.

Faversham boasts excellent rail connections, making it an easily accessible destination for both Owners and visitors. The Southeastern Railway operates the station, offering direct services to London St Pancras International, London Victoria, and London Cannon Street. It also serves as a key stop on the route connecting London to the coastal towns of Margate, Ramsgate, and Dover, with direct trains available to Canterbury East.

Surrounded by picturesque countryside, Faversham features several parks and green spaces that provide ample opportunities for outdoor activities. The town hosts a vibrant array of cultural events, markets, and festivals throughout the year.

Our new development is ideally situated just 0.3 miles from Welcome Co-op, a bakery, bus stops, and Faversham Recreation Park. Within 0.5 miles, you’ll find the Post Office, Tesco Superstore, and Faversham town centre, which offers a diverse range of amenities.

With all of this on your doorstep, you could not ask for a more perfect location!

Our Service Charge typically covers the maintenance of the front gardens, along with the private road and associated drainage. It also includes window cleaning, the Lodge Manager and the 24 hour Careline support system.

We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.

“Living in a Churchill Apartment is absolutely marvellous. The whole building is so nice and warm all the time that weโ€™ve hardly had to use the heating inside our apartment. When we do turn it up a notch or two itโ€™s nice to know we donโ€™t have to worry about the cost or the environmental impact, as itโ€™s all so energy efficient and covered within our annual service charge.”

John and Doreen Pitt, Lewis Carroll Lodge, Cheltenham
