Ash Lodge is a stylish development comprising 59 retirement apartments, ideally located just off the main high street in the charming riverside town of Walton-on-Thames. This lively town boasts a variety of high street retailers, al fresco dining options, and numerous leisure facilities, making it the perfect spot for retirement. All apartments at Churchill Living are completely self-contained with their own front door, providing you with privacy and peace and quiet when you want it.
With only one bedroom apartments remaining, the apartments may vary slightly when it comes to dimensions and positioning of rooms.
Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come fully fitted with a waist-height oven, hob, hood and fridge/freezer.
The master bedrooms have fitted mirror-front wardrobes as well as TV and telephone points, with even the smallest details considered.
The apartments come with tiled shower rooms as standard, all designed for ease of use and with the needs of our customers in mind.
All apartments are stringently inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our Customers.

Our Service Charge typically covers the cost of providing a Lodge Manager, security systems and call monitoring, external maintenance of the building and grounds, building insurance, heating, lighting and provision of all of the furnishings for the Owners’ Lounge and communal areas – all essential ingredients of the independent lifestyle our developments provide.
We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.
