Our Service Charge typically covers the cost of providing a Lodge Manager, security systems and call monitoring, external maintenance of the building and grounds, building insurance, heating, lighting and provision of all of the furnishings for the Owners’ Lounge and communal areas – all essential ingredients of the independent lifestyle our developments provide.
We always aim to keep the service charge cost as low as possible, and we provide a full budget breakdown for all our Owners to consider, consulting with them on this every 6 months.

Charming Wiltshire market town
Chippenham in Wiltshire is a charming market town located in a pleasant part of the world between the Marlborough Downs, the southern Cotswolds and Salisbury Plain. Now that I’m here too I feel very settled and everyone is very nice and helpful. My apartment is all brand new, it’s a one bedroom but has plenty of room, there is lots of cupboard space in the kitchen and everything’s perfect for me.
