Stamp Duty Paid

  • Churchill Living will pay Stamp Duty in full
  • This offer is valid from 26th September 2024. Any reservations made prior to this date shall not be eligible for this offer

Winter Fuel Allowance for 5 years

  • Churchill Living will pay a Winter Fuel Allowance of £300 per year for 5 years.
  • The first Winter Fuel Allowance payment will be deducted from the monies required from you on completion of your property purchase if you complete between 13th September 2024 and 28th February 2025. The subsequent payments will occur each October from 2025 and for the remaining 4 years.
  • These payments will discontinue on notification that you no longer permanently occupy the property.
  • This offer is valid on reservations made  from 13th September 2024. Any reservations made prior to this date shall not be eligible for this offer
  • Property purchases must legally complete no later than 28th February 2025 in order for this offer to apply

Move for Free - Central Division

  • The Move for Free costs incentive includes Churchill Living Ltd meeting the standard solicitor’s legal administration charges when using a panel solicitor, for a cash purchase of the Churchill apartment and the sale of a freehold property (excludes fees for additional work).
  • Removals costs will be paid in full when using the standard pack and unpack service with a Churchill approved professional removal company.  For moves within England and Wales only - please liaise with our Sales Executives if your move is from an alternative location.
  • A downsizing service will be provided of up to 7 hours with a Move Manager from The Senior Move Partnership.
  • Estate Agent’s fees will be paid when using Churchill Living’s Enhanced Selling Made Easy service.  Maximum Sale Property Value £750k – please liaise with our Sales Executives if your property is above this value.
  • The offer is being run in parallel with our Entitlements Service and is only applicable for new reservations made by 12th November which go on to complete by 20th December, 2024.

Summer break promotion

  • A free 2-night stay in our Experience Apartment or Guest Suite.
  • The maximum stay is 2 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
  • The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
  • The following locations are excluded from this promotion; Calne and Basingstoke.

Experience Apartment Stay

  • The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
  • The maximum stay is 2 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
  • Experience Apartment overnight stays are only available on selected sites.

Guest Suite Stay

  • The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
  • The maximum stay is 5 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
  • Guest Suite overnight stays are only available on selling sites only.

Home Exchange - Guaranteed buyer

  • The guaranteed price offered for your current property is subject to contract, RIC's survey and terms and conditions of the Part Exchange Company.
  • The value of your property is calculated with input from independent valuations
    from local Estate Agents instructed by the Home Exchange Company typically based on a 4-6 week sale price.
  • Typically you will receive two weeks extra time in your property post legal
    completion to assist your move, under licence agreed with your solicitor.
  • Offers are made on the condition that your current property will be marketed from acceptance (at the discretion of the Part Exchange provider).
  • Churchill Living will meet the standard solicitor's legal administration charges when using a Panel Solicitor, up to a maximum of £500.00 (excludes fees for additional work).
  • Removal costs will be paid in full when using the standard pack and unpack service with a Churchill approved professional removal company. For moves within England and

Selling Made Easy

  • The value of your property is calculated with input from independent valuations from local Estate Agents instructed by our Assisted Move Company typically based on a 6-8 week sale price.
  • By choosing Selling Made Easy, you agree to marketing your property with chosen Estate Agents instructed by our Assisted Move Company.
  • Churchill Retirement Living will contribute to your Estate Agent fees, typically calculated at 0.5% of your property sale value, payable to your solicitor on legal completion.
  • Free energy performance certificate arranged on your behalf required to market your property.
  • Churchill Retirement Living will make a contribution towards the standard solicitor's legal administration charges when using a Panel Solicitor, up to a maximum of £500.00 (excludes fees for additional work).
