Longacres £20 gift card

• One £20 gift card is available to visitors aged 60 or over.
• Visitors must complete an enquiry form and take an accompanied tour of the Show Complex at any of the participating developments.
• Only one gift card per party/couple on their first visit only.
• The gift card promotion is not applicable on any dates where we are holding an event and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Entries must be received between 13^th - 28^th February 2025, entries received after this date will not be eligible
• Entries must have completed the entry form
• Entrants must be 60 years or over
• Only one entry per household
• A winner will be chosen at random on 5^th March 2025 and will be notified by telephone shortly after this date

Summer break promotion

Experience Apartment Stay

• The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
• The maximum stay is 2 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
• Experience Apartment overnight stays are only available on selected sites.

Guest Suite Stay

• The dates of your stay must be agreed by the Lodge Manager.
• The maximum stay is 5 nights and to book this you should contact the Sales Executive at the development.
• Guest Suite overnight stays are only available on selling sites only.

Home Exchange - Guaranteed buyer

• The guaranteed price offered for your current property is subject to contract, RIC's survey and terms and conditions of the Part Exchange Company.
• The value of your property is calculated with input from independent valuations
  from local Estate Agents instructed by the Home Exchange Company typically based on a 4-6 week sale price.
• Typically you will receive two weeks extra time in your property post legal
  completion to assist your move, under licence agreed with your solicitor.
• Offers are made on the condition that your current property will be marketed from acceptance (at the discretion of the Part Exchange provider).
• Churchill Living will meet the standard solicitor's legal administration charges when using a Panel Solicitor, up to a maximum of £500.00 (excludes fees for additional work).
• Removal costs will be paid in full when using the standard pack and unpack service with a Churchill approved professional removal company. For moves within England and
  Wales only - please liaise with your Sales Executive if your move is from an alternative
  location.
• A downsizing and move support service will be provided up to 6 hours with a Move Manager from The Senior Move Partnership.

Selling Made Easy

• The value of your property is calculated with input from independent valuations from local Estate Agents instructed by our Assisted Move Company typically based on a 6-8 week sale price.
• By choosing Selling Made Easy, you agree to marketing your property with chosen Estate Agents instructed by our Assisted Move Company.
• Churchill Retirement Living will contribute to your Estate Agent fees, typically calculated at 0.5% of your property sale value, payable to your solicitor on legal completion.
• Free energy performance certificate arranged on your behalf required to market your property.
• Churchill Retirement Living will make a contribution towards the standard solicitor's legal administration charges when using a Panel Solicitor, up to a maximum of £500.00 (excludes fees for additional work).

Homewise - Home for life plan

• A Lifetime Lease is available through the Homewise Home for Life Plan.
• Savings against the apartment value range from 3.5% to 49% on selected Churchill Living properties and depends on the customer’s age, personal circumstances, and apartment criteria.
• Savings outside of this offer will vary.
• All parties moving must be aged sixty or older and have the right to reside in the UK to qualify for a Home for Life Plan.
• Once in your apartment, your usual outgoings will apply, including the Service Charge and Ground Rent if applicable.
• The Home for Life Plan ends when you pass away or move into long term care.

3 Year Warranty
